RVS Manav Sewa Sansthan,popularly known as RVS is an organization committed to bring about social change through effective communication with the community to enhance level of participation, in development, by organizing them to realize their rights. Samvad was formed by a group of young development workers and was established in 2015 (registered as a society under the Societies registration Act, 1860).

RVS Manav Sewa Sansthan exists because it was born of a deep urge to set up dialogue with the community encouraging it to get organized and enhance awareness and knowledge about their rights and ways to realize them. Though the community has started responding to its initiative, Samvad finds a lot remains to be done in the fields of education, health, nutrition, livelihood and empowerment
